1 x 1-2-1 session with me in a semiprivate pt studio per week

Bespoke training plan designed for you to help you meet your fitness goals. The plan will help you move better, lose and and build muscle

 

I will be your accountability buddy, every step of the way keeping you on track and moving forward. No more excuses, no more failed attempts, we’re in this together every step of the way.

 

Stretch routines and workout plans designed for you to do outside of our sessions to keep you on track when you’re not with me in person

Nutrition advice to make sure you’re properly fuelled up for the journey

Unlimited support from me. I won’t leave you in the dark, I am just a message away.

Final cherry on top. I’m offering you a complimentary session to sit down with me and see how we’ll work together. During this session we will talk about your goals and how we’re going to achieve them, discuss what sessions will look like, posture and movement analysis but most importantly we’ll get to know each other, and I’ll answer any questions you have. 

All of this for £50 per week or upgrade to 2 in person sessions a week for just £90 per week.
