I forgot to spell check

So, my last blog had a few (quite a lot) of spelling mistakes. Normally I am quite hot on this sort of shit but I had a long day I was tired, but I was dedicated to getting out my blog post every Thursday. I had some comments on my poor spelling but quite frankly I don't care. There are things I care about my clients, my fitness, my knowledge, friends, family etc. The list on long and I don't want to bore you but being dyslexic I know spelling isn’t one of my strong points and I have come to terms with that.

I used to think I was stupid and struggle with this but like I say I'm cool with it now and just focus on my strong points. I can have a client come to me who has no idea what they are doing in the gym and help them understand how to better their life. Teach them how to manage their nutrition, build good routines, great habits, get a good gym structure. I have never been criticised on my coaching skills and this is important to me. Making sure I keep all my coaching skills up to date, bettering my knowledge. I have spell check for things like typing (when I remember to use it) but when I am coaching, I can't exactly say to my client "hey ummm I'm not sure what I am doing during this session can I just bang this session through spell check".

We are never going to be perfect and be amazing at everything. So work on the things that you care about and get help when you need it, don't be afraid to say you're not good at things and if anybody picks on you politely say "fuck you very much" smile and walk away.

Short and sweet today. Enjoy your week and pop me an email
