My T-shirt


This is my go-to t-shirt. It's not my favourite, it’s not my best, definitely not in the best condition but it’s still my go to.


If I ever just want to grab a top out of my wardrobe this, is it, really can't be bothered to figure out what to wear grab this t-shirt.


Now if I want to go out looking a bit fancy, I'll opt for a nice shirt and basically, I will go for something better than my most used top.


This is my routine and like I say it's my natural default and I just continue to use it even though it has a seen better days and I know my wardrobe is filled with better things.


We all do this; we all get into our routines and stick with things that we are used to not what is best for us. The same applies when we get stuck in a poor diet or workout routine. We know that there are better options for us, but we decide not to make those changes. Sometimes this is just because we need accountability and someone to keep us on the right track or just that we don't have the knowledge to make the right changes.
