What is Row Fitness?

I'm not going to lie and tell you I run this ground breaking fitness class which will change your life, solve your fitness issues and make your life whole.I'm not one of them people, you can trust me. Row Fitness is a fullbody workout which cobmines the rowing machine, body weight exercise and free weights.


I started running the classes about 6 years ago because I saw a gap in the market. Whenever I went into the gym the rowing machine was always used as the warm up machine, found deep in the corner of the gym where the lights above would be flickering as a sign to warn you off. When somebody was brave enough to use it they got confused by all the button, numbers and what to actually do with the thing.


So, I setup what I call Row Fitness, to teach people actually you can get an amazing workout from this crazy contraption not just a warm up. as with most things it was a slow start, nobody understood what I was trying to do. 6 years later and its one of my most popular classes. Why?

Becasue rowing uses 85% of all the muscles in your body.

Its a great exercise for core work.

It can help build muscle or aid you in your fat loss journey.

Great community vibe.

Low impact so its suitable even if you have joint problems.

Its easy to learn. Yes at first its complicated but after a while you'll be in the flow
